Badriyah Towers plazas retail shops
The project refers to the new use of two courts in Badriyah Towers building, al Rawdah st. Jeddah, KSA. The owner wanted to use the two empty courts in his building in order to use them as retail shops. The project has been developed creating two square glass-boxes (14m x 14m) on top of the slab of the courts (downstairs there is a parking). The bearing structure is made by steel columns and beams.
Design purpose: Preliminary, Final and Executive
Cost: approximately € 200.000.
